Halloween card with Howl-o-ween Creeps Stamps for Monkey Challenge

Hi Blogging Friends!!!

In the middle of making my cards my Husband and I decided to go to the beach at Point no Point so the kids could play in the sun. We have not had very many Sunny Days here in Washington State, so you gotta take the chance when you get it. The Lighthouse is about 4 miles from my house. We had a blast! Plus I took lots of really cool photos.

When I first saw this stamp set in the Holiday Mini Preview I wanted to have the little Monsters holding pinwheels. I just loved how it turned out; it just makes me laugh!!!

This one turned out to be my favorite.  I just like the way the colors worked out.

Here is a close up of the Werewolf holding the pinwheel. To make the pinwheel, use the 1 inch square punch.

This is the sketch from A La Card Monkey that I followed. Please come by and take part in the challenge they are so so so much fun!!

Here is the second Werewolf card, with different paper and ribbon.

Here is Frankie Baby... lol

Here is the Witch Card: different colored background paper and DSP. I also did different ribbon on all of them.

She is so darn Cute!!!

Here is a picture of the "Point no Point Lighthouse" last night at Sunset. Was it pretty or what!? The weird shapes are logs that people stood up in the sand, I thought that they looked really cool in the shadows.

Here is a really cool shadow picture of the family. I took this as the sun was going down behind us, I am definitely going to have to Scrapbook these pictures.

Thanks for coming by my Blog

Cute idea having the creeps with the pinwheels! I managed to prep Ginette's class yesterday. I'm working on club cards today. We're just hanging out!

I didn't know you live in Washington! I live on the penninsula too, but WAAAy down in Port Orchard. I LOVE your beach pics! It's been unusual to get sun around here lately, so any pics with sunshine are awesome!

Your halloween cards are absolutely adorable!!

NO WAY!! You lived here for 20 years?!?!?! That's so cool! Did you graduate from SK? Both of my kids did...in 2000 and 2004. Wow...it's really a small world!

What events were you talking about?!?!

Cool cards Shirley. And that's a great shot of the lighthouse. It was "zoo city" at PNP today!

We should've gone to the beach today! I prepped for club... though I want to find a 3-4 letter word for a pennant banner. Any ideas?
