Crazy for Cupcakes Card

I am Crazy for Cupcakes!! I had to get this set as soon as I saw it in the new Catalog. Just thinking of Cupcakes puts me in a happy place (lol). What I think makes this card so cute is using the Watercolor paper and Aqua painter, it makes the Tangerine tango and Kiwi kiss nice and bright. I used the ink pads as my painting base while using the aqua painter for the cupcakes. Stamp the cupcake twice on the watercolor paper cut out one of the frosting tops and color it with Tangerine tango then add the beads (using crystal effects) and attached it with dimensionals. Stamp and cutout base of cupcake on polka-dot paper, just use snail adhesive to attach. The mini cupcake is from the stack of cupcakes, I stamped it and painted it then cut it out and added it to the circles... don't forget the bead on top of the mini cupcake!

Web Wishes 6x6 Scrapbook Page

I know its not Halloween.. But I could not help myself.. its just to funny!! The Comic says "Odd I don't feel evil, But I do feel like Scrapbooking" *LOL*

I got this 6x6 Scrapbook page in a Swap, my friend Kim made it. I found this really funny Comic Strip online and printed it. I just had the Comic on my desk and one day was going through all my 6x6 Halloween pages, and this one was perfect for this Comic. I wanted to share it with everyone... it makes me laugh everyday! I am adding a link to a page that lets you print the comic for free. The comic strip is from Dave Coverly Oct 25th 2004.

New Picture of my Wall of Stamps

Just Beachy Buckle Card Swap

The Buckle card is so fun and easy to make. I made this card swap for the April American Ink Meeting. The Just Beachy stamp set had the cutest fish stamps ever made by Stampin' Up. I just love the one's with the funny big teeth, It reminds me of a time that we were in Mexico and went scuba diving, we could see the Coral eating fish (aka Parrot fish) and their teeth were so Scary!!!

I used the Jumbo wheel on the inside of the card, using Tempting turquoise ink. One card is Yoyo yellow background and the other is Pacific point.
