Thank you for joining us for the September Pals Blog Hop. This month we are showcasing projects made with the Stampin' Up! tools we love.
You should have just left stop number {1} on the Pals Hop - {Kim Czenszak at Live Love Stamp}. If so, you are in the right spot. If you get off track, the full blog lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all of the amazing creations
.
Time for some Blog Hop fun with the Pals. It's hard to choose what tool to use I love them all!!! I decided to start with the stamp set "By The Tide" it was on my mind from the start. I had just gotten the new Christmas DSP and wanted to use the silver and coastal cabana paper. I found a sketch I liked on Pinterest, Sweet Sunday sketch challenge 150. I have used this sketch a few times I just love it. I decided to just emboss a small piece of the paper behind the image and only did the top part so I can stamp the words onto the bottom of the piece of paper. The Big Shot is my favorite tool but I could never live without my punches!
When making a card I will normally start with the stamp set that I want to use, what do you start with? Stamp set, Sketch, Color, Paper, or something else?
The new 5/8 Silver Ribbon is so pretty I plan on using it a lot. I used the sponge dauber lightly on the edge of the white embossed piece and on the scallop circle.
The chevron paper is from the In Color DSP, and the silver paper is from the Winter frost DSP.

Shirley, I've only been thinking Christmas with this DSP, but you got me to think out of the box! Thanks! I love your card!
Love the colors, love the layout, love your style.
Adorable card as usual.
Great card, Shirley. I love how the colors and pearls add to the "underwater" feel of the card.
Beautiful and soft. I just love this card. And, the little Sea Horse is perfect.
