Halloween 6x6
The pictures are from last Halloween... we make a mini grave yard with gravestones that I made a few years ago.... and we put candles around the grave yard to make it look creepy. One of the pictures are of Calvin lighting a candle in the grave yard. I used the Bat from "batty for you" on this page because Calvin is Batman! I cut the bat out a few times and just put them on top of each other... and then cut the eyes out and put that on top to make them pop out. (that might be hard to see in the picture)

Stamp sets: Batty for you, Autumn Apparitions
Ink: Pumpkin Pie, Black
Paper:Creepy Crawly Desiginer paper, Pumpkin pie, black
Accesories: grosgrain ribbon: More mustard, black and pumpkin pie. Pumpkin pie brads, wire works, ticket corner punch, and the new mini library clips.

Scrapbook pages for Michelle
These are pictures of Michelle's kids doing Easter Cookies. She had a real good picture of the cookies on a Cookie Sheet... so I took that Picture to Target and enlarged it and made the Cookie life size... so I put the Bunny Cookie on this first page....if you look at it close the Cookie looks real!!! Really it does!! The Stamp sets I used are Office Accoutrement, Stamp of Authenticity, and alphabet set Tall Tales (retired Holiday Mini 05).
I put up all 3 pictures of the pages Up.. because the double picture is blurry, and I wanted everyone to be able to see them together.I used Twill tape and Hemp behind the letters... and in the corners are pictures of the cookies the boys made, cut out and used like an accent. I used some fancy paper clips I found at target to put ribbon on.... Very Cute I think!!
I am not much on using Bold Brights ..... but with all the color's in the pictures it just had to be!! I used the stamp set All wrapped up (retired 07) for the cute jar of sprinkles... is that a cute idea or what!! I used the Horizontal Slot Punch for the sprinkles, and then glued each one down with Snail (aka Mono). I used the alphabet set Crayon fun (retired 04) and Expressive Flexible Phrases.. woo..long name for a stamp set! The Colors on both pages are Glorious green, Yoyo yellow, Only orange, Real red, Tempting Turquoise and Brilliant blue... that is ink, paper and ribbon. The letters are stamp with Chocolate chip.

Pumpkin Carvers and Pumpkin Patch 12x12's
These are some pages that I made for one of my best friends Michelle. She gave me some Pumpkin Carving pic's of her kids and Husband. I used 12x12 Pumpkin pie paper and Marigold morning and black behind one pic. The Patten paper is Halloween Night from a Mini last year. The stamp sets are "Carved & Candlelit" and Quirky Alphabet and Numbers (retired 05). I Heat embossed Copper on the pumpkins, used copper cord and copper paper behind the tiny pic's..... I liked this page so much I went though some of my pictures and found some to do my own page..... same Layout.
This is My page for me!! it is a Pumpkin Patch Page... same layout different Pic's.. What do you think do you like them both or what; I do!! It is the same paper just a different pattern "Halloween Night" Holiday mini 06. I put a pumpkin button on the 2 of the pictures and backed them in Vintage violet (retired 07). And yes I did Heat emboss and then cut out each Pumpkin... I hope Michelle loves the pages as much as ME!!! Hey now go do a Pumpkin page everyone!! I will come and Help if you want..... Later

Scrapbook page for Wendy
Wendy gave me some pic's of her and the kids at the beach.... really great shots too!! My family and I go to the beach a lot and it is just down the street from us... My Husband and I got married there too!!.... so you can see that I love to do beach scrapbook pages. I did this page with the colors Bordering blue and Night of navy and White. I also used a piece of paper that looked like water.I used the alphabet Headline in BB and cut it out and put the words on Twill tape... with some Hodgepodge Hardware. I also used the alphabets Rough edges mini in the Hardware and Whimsical lower (retired) on the "my Buddy" part. The stamp set I used is "Shore Thing" (retired) in all the cute little squares that I made... also the shore birds on the bottom of the page is from that set; I did them in Craft white Ink. I could not use all her cute pic's so I used my 1 1/4 punch and punched out pic's with feet and a sand dollar....and cute face pic's... I used the 1 3/8 punch to back the photos. I really liked the way this page turned out... and I am going to do a page just like it of my family ..I like it that much: OH Yeah and so did Wendy! Brads are from my Hodge Podge Hardware!! Love that stuff! I did stamp the smoke swirls from the set as a background if you can see it... BUT it is still real cute and the Girls will want to buy the set!!! Plus the Big weekend for Camping is coming up and this is a good set to show Customers right now....
Good Luck Lady's

Whats Cookin
This is a card I made with the old set "Backyard BBQ" (first time I used it in the 2 years that I have had the set) I made it with real red card stock and marker to color in the BBQ. I used "Zig Painty" pen for the silver on the legs, smoke, handle and the round part on the top of the BBQ. I used some red checker paper that I just had around; thought that it would be great for this card. I also used the "Color Spritzer Tool" with a black marker to spray on the white card stock... don't know if you can see it very well be it looks real good... I love that tool... I used to use a tooth brush to get that effect... but the tool is so much easier!!!! I had to get out rubber gloves and all it look like surgery... *LOL*... I also stamped some Hamburger's on the red part with real red ink... don't think you can see them to well...
Love you Guys

To make the cups turn out like I did... is I stamp the cup image into the say rose red and then took the chocolate chip marker and went around the edge to outline the cup... and it looks great. This Picture was back when we were building our home in 2002 my 10 month old son is holding the Starbucks cup .... thought that this picture was perfect for the page. Love Matters Chime Card
I made this card for a contest from the Love Matters set. I am really hoping that this set is in the new big Catalog. I had this great idea to make a card that looked like wind chimes and this is how it turned out, so I am calling it the Wind Chime Technique. The card is Mellow moss.. and all the hearts are in soft subtles colors plus regal rose. I backed each heart in Vanilla to give it an extra pop! and I just used wire and made jump rings by wrapping the wire on a paint brush and then cutting it. I also us extra Dimensionals so that when the card is standing up the heart chimes hang down real nice. I just used markers on the letters and a brad on the flower. I also sent this card into stampin' up in the wow art file.... I did not hear from them I was so so sad, I am hoping it makes it into stampers show case if it makes it to the big Catalog!

Unfrogettable 6x6 with Calvin
My Friend Kim made these pages for a swap. We both really loved this set "Unfrogettable" we used it a lot. I think Stampin Up retired it last year of so.I put this picture of Calvin from the Medieval fair onto the page. Calvin and Levi both bought some of these dudes at the fair for .50 cents each.
Sabrina is the one that took thses pic's at the fair, holding the camera herself for a real close up. I just love how they turned out. That day was a lot of fun.
Some how this blog post was lost in my drafts.. (cyber space) and I just found it today.. July 8, 2010.. lol
